The purpose of this site is to provide a place where people who are
considering cosmetic dentistry can share information, discuss ideas and provide support
for one another in a positive, meaningful way.
When I was doing initial research before I had
cosmetic dentistry procedures performed, and I was unable to find much guiding information
- I could not find a place where I could get information from, and establish a dialog
with, others who were considering or who had already found -- cosmetic dentistry
information. So I sat down, figured out a little HTML, and with some trial and error, I
created this site.
About Cosmetic Dentistry will not tolerate
any messages that seem to have been crafted to either insult or scare people who come to
this site for information.
The goal of this site is to provide a
positive forum for discussion. And it is my intention to make sure that this site does
indeed remain a positive forum for information sharing. In keeping with the goals of this
board, I want to set up some ground rules:

have had 100% positive experiences. I don't expect this, nor do I expect people to submit
only "happy posts." However, I don't expect to see dire warnings typed out in
capital letters. If you want to relate your experiences or give advice, that's fine.

site. My visitors are intelligent, computer literate individuals who are looking for a
balanced set of information of the topic of cosmetic dentistry, the majority of my
visitors came here specifically because this website provides them with information they
couldn't find elsewhere and it helps to provide some balance.

exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Pennsylvania.
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced
within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of
action is barred. About Cosmetic Dentistry's failure to insist upon or enforce strict
performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any
provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice
shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. About Cosmetic Dentistry may assign
its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Exhibit A - Operating Policies
Your participation in on-line communications
occurs in real time and is not edited, censored, or otherwise controlled by About Cosmetic
Dentistry. About Cosmetic Dentistry cannot and does not screen content provided by users
of the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, About Cosmetic Dentistry reserves the right to
monitor content on the Site and to remove content which About Cosmetic Dentistry, in its
sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these
