Dr. Amelia
Williams graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry with the highest
recommendations. She focuses on preventive and restorative dentistry,
transitionals, anesthesia and periodontal care. In a short period of time,
Dr. Williams has built an international reputation for her caring dentistry,
and has co-written with Dr. Berland almost a dozen clinical articles for all
the leading dental journals.
Dr. Williams' publications include Cloning, gene expression, and characterization of cp27,
a novel gene in mouse embryogenesis (Gene 235, 19-30), and Temporospatial expression of
cp27 in tooth development (Submitted). Dr. Williams has also presented her dental research
at the following international meetings: Evolutionary conservation of the amelogenin gene
based on in situ hybridization studies at IADR 2000 in Washington D.C., and Temporospatial
expression of cp27 mRNA during tooth development at IADR 1998 in Nice, France.
